How to activate Lightpad Applet in Ubuntu Budgie

[SOLVED] Hi I've recently installed Ubuntu Budgie on a Lenovo X280 laptop. Under Desktop Extras it shows that the Lightpad Applet is already installed. This is a full-screen application launcher and it might be useful on the small 12.5 inch screen. The problem is I don't know how to launch this applet. Anybody using Budgie who has done this and can help me please. I've edited this to show solved as I can't see any other way to do that.
