Help to accesibility zoom shotcut key config? (or other app)

Hi huys!

I have a Honor Magicbook Pro (Ryzen 4600H / 16Gb / 512Gb) and I have visual proglem too

before Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS install, I checking accesibility default ubuntu utilities (config > accesibility > zoom) and all ok but I want to use mouse and shotcut to use my Linux OS...

I´m used in my Windows Cntr+alt+ scroll up / down to zoon in / out and I´d want to use this shotcut in my Linux OS.

Can I do?
