Hey all,
So I haven't delved into the Linux world in quite a while since getting out of the IT industry. Recently my wife (very password challenged) forgot her iPhone passcode. Well she has one log in attempt left before it's disabled for good. She's talked to Verizon and Apple both. Every piece of software that we have researched is either a scam or will erase the data to bypass the lock code. The ONLY thing we are after is the some 6,000 photos that haven't been backed up to iCloud. She has never connected her phone to either of her MacBooks so that option is out as it's not a trusted device and we cannot access anything until that trust is established. So here I am back to Linux and hoping theres a way to mount it as a volume and grab those photos so we can reset her phone.
If there's any way I'm all ears and thank you in advance.
