I have two Lenovo laptops (W510 and T470s) and each have docking stations.
My older one, the W510, makes entries in syslog indicating when that laptop docked and when it undocked.
I've been trying to get my new T470s to do the
same but can't figure out how to make it work.
The syslog entries example in my old laptop:
thinkpad_acpi: undocked from hotplug port replicator
thinkpad_acpi: docked into hotplug port replicator
I have thinkpad_acpi on both laptops.
