A website hosted in Plesk for Windows needs to run a different PHP version than the ones shipped with Plesk.

 How to add a custom PHP version in Plesk for Windows?

This functionality has not been implemented yet in Plesk, currently there is a feature request for it in our Plesk user voice:

Possibility to install custom PHP handlers on Windows
