Title: FTP account creation or password reset timeouts

Symptoms

An attempt to create an additional FTP account or reset an FTP user password keeps loading and does not complete.

Cause
The Plesk Bug PPPM-14064: "Timeout when creating FTP account".

Fixed in:

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 18 July 2023 (Linux)
