We are using a gnome-session and launching it using export XDG_SESSION_TYPE=x11; /usr/bin/gnome-session. I am able to launch it, but after I lock the screen or the screen times out, I am not able to log back into the desktop. When I enter the password, the screen freezes. This is happening on Ubuntu 22.04.1

We are testing a product called Exceed TurboX. The product is used to access remote servers in a secure way and several users can access the servers concurrently
We definitely need gdm. I have also discovered that after stopping gdm, I am not able to log out or lock screen.
I then started gdm and I was able to. On checking gmd3 service below are logs.
