Title: How do I get live CPU and GPU Fan speed?
Post by: kalpana on Nov 07, 2023, 04:11 AM
I post this new thread here as I am not able to find any functional solution to the the object question.

Details of my configuration:
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
- Kernel version: Linux 5.19.0-35-generic (x86_64)
- MB: MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D32)

I have installed lm-sensors, psensor, hardinfo. I have tried to auto-detect sensors though the "sensors" package.
I am able to see GPU Fans speed using the psensor GUI but I am not able to find any method to check my CPU Fans speed.

Can anyone help me to have more clear how to monitor fan speed in live mode?
There must be a way to get this data with some simple command-line tool.

Thanks in advance for your help.
