I've been a Linux user since I was twelve or thirteen years old. My first experience with running Linux wasn't just picking a standard distribution(s) such as Debian or Ubuntu, instead I dove right into setting up a file and print server for my families local are network.
I've returned to Ubuntu after using both Red Hat yes I ran Pre-RHEL Red hat for both the aforementioned file and print server and post IBM buy out in addition to RHEL I have dabbled around with SUSE Linux Enterprise Linux Desktop and I have got to say that I'm extremely displeased with both providers products as they came at wit a substantial front end investment.
Does migrating back to Ubuntu after having used pay-walled distributions like those listed above make me a trader to the over all Ubuntu and Linux communities as a whole?
Should I be concerned about both new users and Veterans in the Ubuntu community consider me a trator?
