When I install ubuntu jammy 22.04 lts VM to VMware Fusion 13.0.1, I get error:

EFI_RNG_PROTOCOL unavailable

my laptop: MacBook Air (M1, 2020) with M1 chipset

After the error presents, the process of installation stops.
