I am using Ubuntu 20.04 and dual booting Windows 10.
I have three HDD:
1. SSD: Windows 10
2. 1 TB HDD: Ubuntu
3. 2 TB HDD: Data disk (no OS)
Everything was working fine and I was installing few things in Ubuntu. I changed the desktop manager in Ubuntu from GNOME to KDE to see which I like better. Everything was fine.
Then I had to go into Windows and so I rebooted. It just rebooted to Ubuntu without showing the grub screen to choose the OS.
I tried a few things like installing Grub boot repair kit and ran the tool. I got the error saying that your BIOS is in UEFI mode and I should change it to CMS/Legacy mode. My BIOS has been in legacy mode all this time.
So I am not sure why I am getting this error and why I cannot boot into Windows.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you!
