Title: Ubuntu 21.10 GPU higher temperature

Hello,
After update from Ubuntu 21.04 to 21.10 my temperature on GPU(NVIDIA) are higher. Average temperature on Ubuntu 21.04 was 32 degrees on Ubuntu 21.10 41 degrees.
